1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

"wdebos," "we," "us," "our" refers to the wdebos platform, its operators, and affiliated entities providing online gaming services.

"KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process requiring submission of government-issued identification documents.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Account Registration Process

When creating a wdebos account, you agree to:

2.3 Prohibited Persons

Individuals with undischarged bankruptcy proceedings or outstanding gambling-related debts.

2.4 Account Verification

wdebos reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, driver's license)
Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence)
Selfie photograph holding your identification document alongside your face
Payment method verification (copy of credit/debit card, bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot)

Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. We aim to complete verification reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

wdebos accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment channels:

Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit amount: Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposits are typically credited within 2-5 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after 15 minutes, contact customer support with payment confirmation.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms:

Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000 per transaction.
Maximum withdrawal limits are determined by account verification level and transaction history.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

All deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x rollover) before withdrawal eligibility. Example: Rp 500.000 deposit requires Rp 500.000 total stakes placed.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits where technologically feasible.
We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on suspicious transactions or unusually large deposit/withdrawal patterns.
Accounts involved in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

3.4 Currency and Fees

All transactions on wdebos are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). wdebos does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. Exchange rate fluctuations do not apply as all transactions occur in IDR.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and cashback offers are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined at the time of the promotion. General provisions include:

Bonuses are awarded at wdebos's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
Each bonus carries wagering requirements (rollover) that must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
Bonus expiry periods apply from the moment of crediting. Unused bonuses expire automatically, and associated funds are forfeited.

New players may receive a 100% first deposit match bonus up to Rp 20.000.000, subject to:

Wagering requirement: 10x (bonus + deposit)
Example: Deposit Rp 1.000.000, receive Rp 1.000.000 bonus. Total wagering required: (Rp 1.000.000 + Rp 1.000.000) × 10 = Rp 20.000.000
Eligible games: Sports betting (odds 1.50+), live casino, slots. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering completion.

4.3 Wagering Contribution Rates

Game types contribute differently toward bonus wagering completion:

Slots: 100% contribution
Live Casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette): 20% contribution
Sports Betting (odds 1.50+): 100% contribution
Sports Betting (odds below 1.50): 0% contribution
Togel, Poker, Crash Games: 50% contribution

4.4 Maximum Bet Restrictions During Bonus

While an active bonus is in effect, maximum bet sizes apply to prevent irregular play patterns:

Maximum bet per round/spin: Rp 50.000 or 10% of the bonus amount received, whichever is lower.
Exceeding maximum bet limits may void the bonus and associated winnings.

5. Sports Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Principles

All sports bets placed on wdebos are subject to the following rules:

Bets are settled based on official results announced by the governing sports body or league. Subsequent disqualifications, overturned decisions, or appeals do not affect settled bets.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled to occur within 48 hours of the original start time, bets remain valid. If rescheduled beyond 48 hours, bets are voided and stakes refunded.
If a match is abandoned before completion, bets are typically voided unless the specific market has been unconditionally determined. Example: If a football match is abandoned at 70 minutes with a 2-0 scoreline, "First Goal" bets are settled; "Correct Score" bets are voided.
Dead heat rules apply when multiple participants tie for a winning position. Your stake is divided by the number of winners, and winnings are calculated on that proportionate stake.

5.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live betting odds update in real-time based on match developments. Important considerations:

There may be a 3-7 second delay between the live event and our odds updates due to streaming latency. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation, not at the moment of clicking.
wdebos reserves the right to suspend betting markets during critical match moments (penalties, injury stoppages, goals scored).
If a bet is inadvertently accepted during a suspended market period due to technical error, the bet may be voided at wdebos's discretion.

5.3 Incorrect Odds and Palpable Errors

If odds are clearly incorrect due to human error, technical malfunction, or market manipulation, wdebos reserves the right to:

Void affected bets and refund stakes.
Settle bets at corrected odds if the error was minor and the player could reasonably have known the displayed odds were incorrect.

Examples of palpable errors include: decimal odds displayed as 1000.00 instead of 10.00, favorite and underdog odds reversed, or odds remaining static despite major match developments.

6. Casino Game Rules

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG) Certification

All RNG-based casino games (slots, table games, video poker) offered on wdebos use certified random number generators audited by independent testing laboratories including eCOGRA, GLI, iTech Labs, and BMM Testlabs. RNG certification reports are available upon request from customer support.

6.2 Game Malfunction

In the event of game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error:

The dealer's verbal announcement and physical card/ball result as captured on video stream is the final authority. Digital graphics are for reference only.
If a dealing error occurs (incorrect card distribution, wrong payout calculation), the live supervisor will intervene to correct the error according to the provider's house rules.
Betting time closes when the dealer announces "No more bets." Any bets placed after this point may be voided.

7. Responsible Gaming and Account Controls

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, balance confiscation, and legal action:

Fraud and Collusion: Using stolen payment methods, creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or manipulating game outcomes.
Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus terms through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, or other unfair play designed solely to guarantee profit from promotions.
Automated Betting (Bots): Using software, scripts, or automated tools to place bets without direct human control.
Market Manipulation: Attempting to manipulate odds, exploit technical delays, or profit from advance knowledge of results.
Offensive Behavior: Harassing staff or other players, using abusive language in live chat, or making threats.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wdebos and its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits, data, or opportunities resulting from service interruption, game malfunctions, or technical errors.
Disputes with other players or third parties.

Our maximum liability to you for any claims related to wdebos services shall not exceed the total amount wagered on your account in the six months preceding the claim.

9.3 Indemnification

10. Intellectual Property

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.
Use the wdebos brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without authorization.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used to operate the platform.
Extract data through automated scraping tools or bots.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using wdebos services, you consent to:

Collection of personal data necessary for account registration, verification, and service provision.
Processing of payment information through secure third-party payment processors.
Use of cookies and tracking technologies to enhance user experience and platform security.

12. Modification of Terms

Continued use of the platform after modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with updated terms, you must cease using wdebos and withdraw any remaining balance from your account.

13. Account Closure and Termination

13.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method.
Active bonuses will be forfeited.
Your account history will be retained for legal and regulatory compliance purposes.

13.2 Involuntary Termination

wdebos may suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
You fail to provide requested verification documents within specified timeframes.
You are found to have opened multiple accounts or engaged in bonus abuse.
Your account remains inactive (no login or wagering activity) for 12 consecutive months. Inactive accounts may be subject to monthly maintenance fees after a dormancy period.

In cases of termination for violation of terms, wdebos reserves the right to confiscate account balances, including deposits and winnings, if obtained through fraudulent or abusive means.

14. Dispute Resolution

15.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and wdebos regarding use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, or agreements.

15.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights or obligations under these terms without wdebos's express written consent. wdebos may assign or transfer its rights and obligations to any affiliate, successor, or third party without restriction.

15.4 Force Majeure

wdebos shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, internet service provider failures, or cyberattacks.

15.5 Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
